How can I pay for my order?

We primarily handle payments online through platforms like eSewa, Khalti, IME, and fonepay, as well as bank transfers. In special cases, we also offer cash collection via our agents. Payment instructions will be shared after your order is confirmed by one of our sales representatives.

Why is the price different from what I saw earlier?

We frequently update our prices based on market trends, stock availability, and customer demand. Due to this, prices may fluctuate, and we do not offer refunds for price differences.

Are there any hidden charges for my order?

No, the final amount you pay includes only the product price and the shipping fee. There are no extra charges after the product is dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. For pre-booked items, the dispatch takes place within 2-3 days after we receive the product.

Can you guarantee the delivery time?

While we strive to provide an estimated delivery timeline, the actual delivery is managed by the cargo service, so we cannot ensure exact timings.

What happens if my order delivery is delayed?

We aim to deliver orders promptly, but delays may occasionally happen due to holidays, natural events, or courier-related issues.

How can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only possible within a few hours of placing the order. After this window, the order is likely already processed or shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders at this stage due to our commitment to quick service.

What is your return policy?

If there is an issue with your order, such as a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we review and approve your case, we’ll provide further instructions and arrange for a replacement. Please do not send the product back without our confirmation. For COD or website orders, you can inspect the product upon delivery. If it's damaged or incorrect, you can refuse to accept it, and we'll handle the refund or exchange.

What happens if the size of the clothing doesn't match?

If the size mismatch is due to an error on our part, the exchange will be processed free of shipping charges. However, if the size provided matches the one selected by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for the exchange.
