Customers can pay through eSewa, Khalti, IME, fonepay, bank transfers, or cash collection services (in special cases). Payment details will be provided after order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. Pre-booked items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after we receive the product.

5. Delivery Timelines

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to holidays, natural calamities, or third-party logistics issues.

6. Return and Exchange

Products can only be exchanged if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

7. Exchange Charges

The first exchange is free of shipping charges. Additional exchanges will incur delivery fees based on the product's weight.

8. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including cases of change of mind. Exchanges are subject to our return policy guidelines.

9. Product Accuracy
