Return Policy

If a product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery. However, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Valid Reasons to Exchange an Item:

  • The product is physically damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
  • The delivered item is incomplete, missing parts, or accessories.
  • The wrong item, size, color, or outdated product was delivered.
  • The product does not match the description or image advertised.
  • The product size is inappropriate or does not fit.

Note: Change of mind is not applicable, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
